Description
CHAMOMILE
The calming properties of chamomile have long been recognized. For centuries it has been used as an anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmotic and mild sedative. It is also believed to relieve swelling and pain of artheretis or injury, as well as cramps. Chamomile contains vitamin A, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc and potassium.
VALERIAN
As a nervine, Valerian is believed to be a mild sedative, calming nerves and anxiety and relieving muscle spasms. Valerian is nature’s first choice as a sleep-inducer.
LEMON GRASS
The herb is also a nervine which can calm nausea and detoxify digestion. It is believed to aid in kidney and liver health. To top it off, Lemon Grass is anti-bacterial and contains calcium.
SPEARMINT
The mint family is widely employed after meals as an anti-gas agent. Spearmint is also a mild stimulant and bearer of vitamin C.
